This system does not allow idle time while logged in, so
keep ready your information typed in any editor (MS
Word/Note Pad etc) and copy -paste it in concerned input
areas. |

How to get login/password? |
Login/Passwords will be given only to Min/Dept
nodal officers. They would be
shared among the other users/subordinate org./offices
for operations of RRFAMS, No separate user-ids
would be created. Always use govt. eMail ids to
communicate with DOPT. |

Input fields are smaller whereas more area is
required? |
Be brief in giving information. Use abbreviations.
Use communication with DOPT field to give any elaborate
information. |

Print-outs of proforma are not proper? |
Use reports for getting printout of filled proforma.Dont
get print-out of the input proforma. |

Frequently Timeout problem? |
You can save the proforma point by point also. No need to fill
all the proforma at a single attempt. |
